Where We Come From
The Creators of Foray by V are passionate Gelatists trained at Carpigiani Gelato University in Bologna, Italy and now they want their knowledge and passion for the finest Gelato to reach the masses and connoisseurs of fine foods.

STRUCTURE, that is dense (not too hard…not too soft) is achieved by the right amount of air that is incorporated in the freezing stage. We use batch freezer, meaning we do one batch at a time giving dedicated attention required.
